When Michael says in the line, "What about death again?",he was actually talking about the second death of a human being. The first death is the physical death. The second is eternal death. Do we still think about it? It's clear that Michael regarded it as most significant when he closed the song with it. And it is. In the end, we will either have eternal life or eternal death. Michael knew this second death. As Michael asks us, do we give a damn? I cried after watching this video.....
